What we collect
- Beta waitlist / result emails: your email, the plan you’re interested in, and when you consented. Basis: your consent. We send a confirmation link first (double opt-in); nothing else is sent until you confirm.
- Scope wizard: answers stay in your browser and in the share URL unless you choose to email yourself the result.
- Security logs: IP address and browser info, kept briefly to protect the site (legitimate interest).
- Purchases (when open): handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy; we receive order details (name, email, country, product) to deliver your purchase.
Processors
Cloudflare (hosting, database, security), Resend (email delivery), Paddle (checkout, as reseller/MoR), GitHub (code hosting; no customer data). Each acts under its data processing terms.
International transfers
Some providers are based in the US. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary storage. See Cookies. No advertising or analytics cookies.
Retention
Waitlist data until you unsubscribe or 12 months after the beta ends; logs about 30 days; purchase records as required by tax law.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawing consent at any time (unsubscribe link or email christenwout@gmail.com). We answer within one month. You may complain to your data protection authority (e.g. Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands).
